My top spot in Kent for PYO pumpkins is without a doubt @lowerladysdenfarm in Goudhurst. Every year, they go over and above to make the entire experience better than the year before (if that’s even possible). With fairground rides, food vans and marshmallow pits as well as the massive pumpkin patch with tonnes of photo opportunities, you could spend hours on end there. 100/10 recommend 👏🏼🎃

There is one thing guaranteed to put a smile on my face and that’s the first walk of autumn in my tweed coat and wellies. After a very anxious few weeks, it’s reminded me to look for joy in the little things and a muddy walk with Pepper and Ernie is most definitely one of them. What are the small things that make you smile? Lighting the first candle of the season? M&S picky bits? The sweet sound of the Strictly theme tune?
